Sulzer equipment for industrial applications.

Sulzer process pumps serve duties that range from clean liquids to abrasive or corrosive fluids. The installed pump and operating conditions determine the appropriate materials, seal arrangement and replacement components. The CPT cutaway shown below illustrates the casing, impeller, shaft and bearing assembly of a chemical process pump.

The ABS range includes XFP submersible sewage pumps and XRW submersible mixers. These serve different tasks: moving wastewater and solids-bearing fluids, or mixing liquids within a tank. For an inquiry, include the tank or sump arrangement, fluid characteristics, solids content and available electrical supply.

For existing equipment, send the Sulzer nameplate, model, serial number and clear photographs. Include the required flow and head, fluid temperature and a description of the problem. We can review replacement equipment, pump parts and service requirements against those details. Our service capabilities include in-house pump repair, bearing-unit and volute exchange, seal review and onsite troubleshooting.
